Electric or combustion

Electric vehicles cover city work, transfers and most full day journeys without compromise, and remove tailpipe emissions from your trip. Combustion vehicles remain available for long distance itineraries where charging time matters.

Which vehicle for which service

EQE, E-Class, EQS, S-Class and Tesla Model S for one to three passengers; V-Class and EQV for families and small groups; Sprinter for events and larger groups.

Are electric vehicles available for full day journeys?

Yes. The EQE, EQS, EQV and Tesla Model S cover city work, transfers and most full day journeys, with charging planned into the itinerary.

How many passengers fit in each vehicle?

Up to 3 passengers in the sedans (EQE, E-Class, EQS, S-Class, Tesla Model S), up to 7 in the V-Class and EQV, and up to 16 in the Sprinter.

Which vehicles are available?

Mercedes-Benz EQE and E-Class for up to three passengers, EQS and S-Class for executive travel, V-Class, EQV and Sprinter for groups and families with luggage, plus Tesla Model S for fully electric journeys.

Which areas are covered?

Lisbon, Porto, Cascais, Sintra, Setúbal, Comporta, the Algarve and the rest of mainland Portugal.

Can I book for the same day?

Yes. Same-day bookings are accepted across every service, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.

How does cancellation work?

Journeys and the airport greet and assist service are charged in full when cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time or in case of no-show. Transfers follow the cancellation rules published for each vehicle class.
