  • Transfer: fixed door-to-door price calculated from the distance between addresses, with optional extra stops
  • Hourly service: fixed hourly rate, three consecutive hours minimum, vehicle and chauffeur exclusively yours
  • Journey: fixed price per vehicle for a full or half day itinerary

What the price includes

Chauffeur, fuel or charging, tolls, waiting time as published, water on board and full insurance. Payment is by card through PayPal guest checkout, with no account required.

Which vehicles are available?

Mercedes-Benz EQE and E-Class for up to three passengers, EQS and S-Class for executive travel, V-Class, EQV and Sprinter for groups and families with luggage, plus Tesla Model S for fully electric journeys.

Which areas are covered?

Lisbon, Porto, Cascais, Sintra, Setúbal, Comporta, the Algarve and the rest of mainland Portugal.

Can I book for the same day?

Yes. Same-day bookings are accepted across every service, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.

How does cancellation work?

Journeys and the airport greet and assist service are charged in full when cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time or in case of no-show. Transfers follow the cancellation rules published for each vehicle class.
