How our journeys work

Pickup at your hotel, residence or airport at the hour you choose. The itinerary belongs to you and can change during the day. Prices are per vehicle, never per person, and include the chauffeur, fuel or charging, tolls, water on board and full insurance. Entrance tickets, tastings and restaurant reservations are arranged on request.

Vehicles

Mercedes-Benz EQE and E-Class for up to three passengers, EQS and S-Class for executive travel, V-Class, EQV and Sprinter for groups and families with luggage, plus Tesla Model S for fully electric journeys.

Cancellation

Journeys are charged in full when cancelled less than 48 hours before departure or in case of no-show. Rescheduling before that window is free, subject to availability.

Are your tours private?

Yes. Every journey is private: one chauffeur and one vehicle for your party only, with no other passengers.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. The published price covers every passenger travelling in the vehicle, up to its capacity.

Which vehicles are available?

Journeys and the airport greet and assist service are charged in full when cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time or in case of no-show. Transfers follow the cancellation rules published for each vehicle class.
