How long is the waiting time on arrivals?

Up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing at the airport, and 15 minutes at all other pickup locations.

Where does the chauffeur wait at Lisbon airport?

In the Terminal 1 arrivals hall with a name sign. Terminal 2 handles low-cost departures and has no arrivals.

Which vehicles are available?

How does cancellation work?

Journeys and the airport greet and assist service are charged in full when cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time or in case of no-show. Transfers follow the cancellation rules published for each vehicle class.
